At RIHOAS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items are not a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of the delivery date provided they are in original condition.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our Return Center and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garments are unworn and unwashed.
Ship the Items
Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 7-10 business days.
